1. Customer Places Order
When an order is created in your store, Shopify notifies SaleSurprise via webhook — instantly and automatically.
2. Tier Is Randomly Selected
A weighted random algorithm picks a tier (1%–20% discount). Lower tiers are more frequent, higher tiers are rare — like a lucky voucher draw.
3. Voucher Lands in Wallet
The customer sees their voucher in the cart widget. They can stack rewards based on their activity. One click generates a real Shopify discount code.

Can I set a fixed price instead of a percentage discount?
Yes. You can customize the discount rules and tier percentage values or configure fixed reward voucher options within your campaign settings.
How do customers see their points?
Customers see their won discount vouchers in real-time directly across your product pages, collection pages, and cart drawer through seamless widgets.
